From 2019-2022 Upstride was tasked with developing a robust digital strategy, creating content for Victorian Agency for Health Information's (VAHI) new data portal, and managing a range of communication channels.
VAHI, established in response to the "Targeting Zero" report, needed comprehensive communication and digital strategies to enhance transparency, accountability, and public engagement in health quality and safety.
VAHI's objectives included improving public understanding of health data, fostering community trust, and effectively communicating progress and insights. This required a detailed approach to digital communication, social media management, and content creation for diverse platforms and audiences.

Strategic Communications Development: Created a strategic communications plan and digital roadmap to guide VAHI’s outreach and engagement efforts.
Annual Reports and Corporate Plans: Authored VAHI's annual reports, corporate plans, and year-in-review documents to clearly convey performance and strategic goals.
Content Production for Data Portal: Simplified technical content for VAHI’s new online data portal, making complex health information accessible and understandable for target audiences.
Social Media Strategy: Developed and executed a social media strategy for Twitter and LinkedIn, including content creation and management to drive engagement and disseminate information effectively.
