Australian Psychological Society

In 2021, Upstride partnered with the APS College of Clinical Neuropsychologists (CCN) to develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy.

Our goal was to enhance CCN’s visibility, engagement, and growth within the specialty discipline of clinical neuropsychology.

What we did

Our strategy involved creating a robust communications framework that addressed both digital and traditional channels. This strategy aimed to improve CCN’s outreach, engagement, and overall presence in the field of clinical neuropsychology.

STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK DEVELOPMENT

We developed a detailed communications strategy that outlined key goals, target audiences, messaging, and tactics. This framework provided CCN with a clear path to enhance its outreach and impact within the field.

MEDIA TEMPLATE CONTENT PACK

Developed a comprehensive media template content pack, including draft video scripts, info sheets and content creation guides.

TRADITIONAL OUTREACH

Created templates to assist with traditional media strategies such as press releases, professional journals, and industry conferences. These activities helped build CCN’s credibility and reach within the professional community.

CONTENT CREATION

Produced high-quality content templates including articles, case studies, and thought leadership pieces. This content was designed to showcase the expertise of CCN members and highlight the importance of clinical neuropsychology.

MEMBER ENGAGEMENT

Developed tools and resources to enhance communication with CCN members, including member surveys, feedback mechanisms, and interactive webinars.

RESULTS

The APS Communications Strategy for the College of Clinical Neuropsychologists, developed by Upstride Agency, effectively supported the CCN’s efforts to enhance its profile and achieve its strategic goals. By integrating both digital and traditional communication methods, we provided CCN with a comprehensive framework that fostered greater engagement, visibility, and growth within the specialty.
