In 2022, Road Trauma Support Services Victoria (RTSSV) rebranded as Amber Community, and Upstride Agency was engaged to support this transformation with a comprehensive communications strategy.
WHAT WE DID
Upstride Agency worked closely with Amber Community to develop a practical and cohesive communications plan that would guide the rebranding process and support the organisation’s goals.
CEO VIDEO
To personalise the rebrand and communicate its significance, we produced a video featuring Amber Community’s CEO. The video was a key component of the strategy, providing a clear and heartfelt explanation of the rebrand’s purpose and the organization’s future direction.
STAKEHOLDER KIT
We created a comprehensive stakeholder kit to ensure all key partners and supporters were fully informed about the rebrand. The kit included detailed information about the name change, the reasons behind it, and the organisation’s plans for the future.
MEMBER COMMUNICATIONS
