Red Nose Day

From 2020 - 2022 our comprehensive campaign strategy for Red Nose Australia successfully elevated Red Nose Day's profile and fundraising efforts. We raised $3 million by integrating innovative digital tools, strategic media partnerships, and engaging content.

What we did

CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT

PR & Fundraising Strategy: Designed and implemented national PR and fundraising campaigns over three years, focusing on creating a strong media presence and engaging the public to support Red Nose Australia’s mission.

High-Profile Ambassadors: Secured influential ambassadors, including The Wiggles, Jimmy Giggle, and Jimmy Barnes, to lend their support and amplify the campaign’s reach and credibility.

MEDIA & ADVERTISING

Integrated Media Plans: Executed comprehensive media plans incorporating TV, radio, outdoor advertising, and social media. This included successful media partnerships with Channel 9 (TV ads), Nova and Smooth FM (radio), and JCDecaux (outdoor).

User Generated Content (UGC) Strategy: Developed a robust UGC strategy, encouraging the community to share their own content and experiences related to Red Nose Day. This strategy significantly boosted engagement and expanded the campaign's reach.

INNOVATIVE DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT

Augmented Reality (AR) Filters: Launched Red Nose Australia's first AR digital red noses with Instagram and Facebook filters, developed in collaboration with our immersive partner, Phoria. This innovative approach generated widespread online interaction and enhanced digital engagement.

Content Creation: Produced engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, leveraging the AR filters to drive awareness and encourage participation.

INFLUENCER & CASE STUDY INTEGRATION

Ambassadors and Influencers: Worked with various ambassadors and influencers, including the Wiggles, to promote the campaign, ensuring a broad and relatable reach.
